Our teaching philosophy
We employ an engaging ‘training meets theatre’ approach, incorporating active learning techniques and experiential simulations that authentically mimic legal professional life in various contexts, with the goal of empowering students with confidence in any legal career. We focus on the skills required by future lawyers (including adaptability, commerciality, creativity and empathy), and draw on our legal network, deep knowledge of the legal industry, and strength in storytelling and performance, to continuously engage students of all levels and encourage a life-long love of learning and self-improvement.
Off the shelf in-house training modules
We know that it is time-consuming to prepare and maintain training materials for your in-house team that actually hits the mark. Whether your team members are straight out of law school, coming from private practice or highly experienced legal professionals, training and inducting lawyers takes a lot of resources away from BAU work and is often the last thing on your to-do list.
